Cooke's Tom's Toy ($3, Corey Callahan) earned her seventh win in 15 career starts and secured her spot in the $100,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund final Tuesday by winning a $20,000 division of the 3-year-old eliminations for pacing fillies at Harrington Raceway in 1:55.2. 

 

The Powerful Toy filly set all the fractions in her win for trainer Roger Hans. Meanwhile, Callahan earned a double by piloting his father Nick Callahan's Robindarich to a 1:58.3 victory in the second elimination. K&R Racing and Teague Inc.'s She's Everything ($2.40, Jim Morand) was the only repeat winner, as she scored a 1:55.3 triumph for trainer George Teague.

 

The top eight fillies will return to compete in the $100,000 final on July 30 at Harrington, during a special annual Governor's Day of racing at the Delaware State Fair.   Joyce and Kathleen Keeler and Linda Keeler's Ladyfield ($3.40, Tony Morgan) captured the $23,000 Mares Open with a 1:53.4 victory. The 6-year-old Armbro Cadet mare has five wins at the meet for trainer Victor Keeler II. (Harrington)
