On May 30, while Winbak Farm graduate, Betterthancheddar was making headlines winning in 1:49.2 at Mohawk Raceway in Canada, other Winbak Farm raised/sired horses were winning across North America, including six who won at Harrington Raceway.



Cj Crystal, a Kay Gannon trainee, was the first Winbak Farm sired horse to win on the night. The five-year-old mare won the Delaware Owned or Bred Fillies & Mares $7,500 claimer in 1:56.3. Her sire is Powerful Toy, who stands in Delaware for $2,000. Her breeder and owner is Charles Johnson of Delaware. She was driven by George Dennis. The win boosted her earnings to $101,028, her lifetime mark p,3,1:53.4f.



Emerald Sky, a Cam’s Card Shark mare, was a winner in the second division of the Delaware Owned or Bred Fillies & Mares $7,500 claimer. She crossed the finish line in 1:55.4 for Corey Callahan, she is trained by Dylan Davis. Her owner is Gregory Davis. Emerald Sky’s breeder was Winbak Farm. The five-year-old now has earnings of $127,327 and a mark of p,4,1:52.3f.   



Smoke Em Up, a Shotgun Scott gelding, won the first division of the Horse and Geldings Nonwinners $50,001 Lifetime that are winners over $20,000 Lifetime in 1:55.4. He was bred by Winbak Farm, is owned by Art and Andrew Stafford, and is trained by Andrew Stafford. He was driven to victory by Art Stafford Jr. The four-year-old now has earnings of $57,285 and a lifetime mark of p,3,1:55.1h.



Furious Frank, a four-year-old Badlands Hanover gelding, won the second division of the Horses & Geldings Non-winners of $50,001 Lifetime that are winners over $20,000 Lifetime in 1:54.3 for driver/trainer Roger Plante Jr. Furious Frank won by four and a third lengths. It was a new lifetime mark for the gelding, who now has earnings of $70,804. He is owned by James Behrendt of Connecticut and was bred by Winbak Farm. Badlands Hanover stands in Ontario for $6,000



The Delaware Owned or Bred Horses & Geldings Claiming $10,000 was won by Music Again, a six-year-old Dragon Again gelding. He won in 1:55.4 for driver Roger Plante Junior. Music Again has earned $154,410 lifetime and has a mark of p,4,1:52.1f.  His trainer is Josh Green and he is owned by Chasing Paper. He was bred by Winbak Farm.



Bad Boy Named Sue, a five-year-old Badlands Hanover horse was second to Bosphorus Hanover in the second division of the Delaware Owned or Bred Horses and Geldings $10,000 claimer. He is owned by Norma Messick and Ronald Patton. He was bred by Robert Messick and Ronald Patton. He is trained by Donald Kozlaski and driven by Corey Callahan. He has a lifetime mark of p,4,1:55.4h and earnings of $109,023. In the same race, another of Badlands Hanover’s offspring, He’s Personal finished third. The Kathleen Hayes trainee was bred by Suzanne Veader and Naomi Lare. The eight-year-old is owned by Kathleen Hayes and Wayne Whitson Jr.  He was driven by Victor Kirby. He’s Personal has lifetime earnings of $421,087 and a lifetime mark of p,4,1:51.3f. Badlands Hanover stands at Winbak Farm of Canada for $6,000.



Bold N Brazen, a ten-year-old Artiscape gelding, won his division of the Delaware Owned or Bred Horses & Geldings $7,500 Claimer for driver Blake Baker. His winning time was 1:56.3. The win boosted the gelding’s earnings to $194,932 and has a lifetime mark of p,7,1:53.0H. The Wayne Givens trainee is owned by Vicki Givens, Blake Barker, and Sherri Baker. He was bred by Flg Partnership. Artiscape stands in New York for $5,000. Finishing third in that mile was Winbak Farm raised and sired, Sudden Interest. The six-year-old is trained and owned by Ronald Malone, George Dennis drove him. Sudden Interest has a mark of p,4,1:54.2H and now has earnings of $68,522.



In the Horses and Geldings Nonwinners of $80,000 lifetime that are winners over $50,000 lifetime, High Bar was second. The four-year-old gelding, sired by Royal Mattjesty, is owned by Dravid Kryway and VIP Internet Stables. He is trained by Josh Green and was driven by Corey Callahan. The gelding was bred by Winbak Farm. High Bar now has earnings of $80,114 and a lifetime mark of p,3,1:51.4s. Royal Mattjesty stands in Ontario for $4,500.
