aterman's TP Lucy ($3.80, Tony Morgan) equaled the track record for 3-year-old trotting fillies on Sunday at Harrington Raceway in a $20,000 division of the Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) stakes with a 1:58.1 win.

 

The Linbo-sired filly improved to six-for-seven lifetime as she surged by leader JA's Commando at the top of the stretch for an impressive score. TP Lucy was the fastest divisional winner of the night.

 

Nanticoke Racing and Mark King's Bristy Crinkley ($2.40, Les Givens) overcame an early break to prevail in her division in 2:02, while Joann Looney-King's Stashi ($16.80, Jim King Jr.) was an upset wire-to-wire winner in her division.

 

Meanwhile, on the colts' side, Thomas Lail's Special Command ($19, Morgan) and Vicki Givens and Doris Marine's Spent Force ($3, Ross Wolfenden) were victorious.

 

The DSBF finals will be contested on Governor's Day during the Delaware State Fair on July 30. (Harrington)
