Dover Downs, which is flourishing with its racino operation, expects to open its table games operations late next month.

The track is also looking to follow in July with a third-floor poker room.

The centre of the main racino floor has been cleared of slots to make room for 40 tables which are to feature craps, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and pai gow poker.

Former simulcast space also is being utilized in the retrofitting, which will include Texas Hold-em poker in a Crown Royal Poker Room on the redone third floor.

Already operating in a fourth-floor facility known as Trackview Slots are six popular $5 and $10 electronic blackjack games and 94 slots moved there from the racino floor.

The track expects to hire and train 200 new racino workers.
