Three Of Spades rolled three wide around the final turn to overtake the leaders on the way to a 1:51.2 triumph in the $26,000 Open pace on Monday at Dover Downs while Tim Tetrick grabbed five wins on the card.


Jon Roberts put Three Of Spades into high gear turning for home and the Cams Card Shark - Triple Flip gelding roared down the lane completing his victory with a :27.2 final panel in the week's top pace.


Owned by Bill Lodovico and trainer Bib Roberts, the victory was the third of the meet for the fast finishing seven-year-old. Western Ace closed well for Montrell Teague for second. Fifth Wave and Tim Tetrick were third. Three of Spades has two wins a second and a third in four 2010 starts.


JK Lullabye won the photo finish of the first of two $22,000 Winners-Over paces. Mike Cole drove the Bettors Delight - JK Lady Like gelding to his second win in four starts since New Year's day. Todd Wise owns and trains. Radar Installed N (Ross Wolfenden) was a close second in front of early leader Dontloseyourdayjob (Corey Callahan), third.


Jeff Bartels' Kellys Spur had just enough to hold off Denim Hanover (Tim Tetrick) at the wire in 1:52.2 in the other $22,000 pace. Corey Callahan drove the Sharky Spur - Keystone Ritzy gelding to his second win in his last three races.


Thats Justice (Vince Copeland) was the show finisher. In the race, the six-race win streak put together by Harlingen Hanover came to a close.


Lou Tomczak's Proper Respect sat outside of Alastair Hanover from the clubhouse turn until mid stretch before Tim Tetrick urged the McArdle - She Has The Look five-year-old clear 1:52.4 victory in an $18,500 Male pace. Blissfull Silence (Tony Morgan) got up for second in front of Victor Vuitton N (Ross Wolfenden). The win was Tetrick's fifth on the card.


Joyce Keeler's Bud became the winningest horse of the meet when Tony Morgan drove the Matts Scooter - Sodys Memory gelding to his sixth win since opening day November 1. Bud paced a 1:53 mile to win a $20,000 Claiming pace. Village Blast (Tim Tetrick) and Dees Last Man (Daryl Bier) were second and third respectively.
