Driver Scott Coulter sent Ladies From Hell to the top and held firm on the point to the finish to take the $10,200 featured fillies and mares pace on Wednesday (April 20) at The Raceway at Western Fair District.

The eight-year-old Classic Card Shark mare cleared control past a :28.2 first quarter from Celia Bayama and cruised on the lead to a :58.2 half and through three-quarters in 1:27.3 all while pressed first over by Whatineedisaman. Ladies From Hell turned away Whatineedisaman around the final turn and strode to the finish to best Outlaw Imahotvixen by 2-1/4 lengths with Celia Bayama third and Release The Baby fourth.Co-owned by trainer Michael Sumner with Shae Sumner, Ladies From Hell won her first race from 12 starts and her 29th from 136 overall. She has now earned $187,502 and paid $13.10 to win.
