Heston Blue Chip stands at Pennsylvania’s Diamond Creek Farm for a fee of $6,000.

The richest son of American Ideal, Heston Blue Chip took a mark of 1:48f as a 3-year-old, showing extreme speed on a five-eighths-mile track. He earned over $1.7 million during his career, winning 34 races, and was the USHWA Dan Patch 3-Year-Old Colt Pacer of the Year in a crop that included A Rocknroll Dance, Sweet Lou, Bettor’s Edge, Michael’s Power and Thinking Out Loud.

Heston Blue Chip is the sire of Margarita Time, a $200,000 yearling from this past fall.

Rich Gillock, president of the MSOA, stated:

“We are pleased to partner once again this year with Winbak Farm. They have been a strong supporter of our collegiate scholarship program over the years, and we hope that breeders will support this auction.”
